Substrate Characteristics | Microfluidic chips are made of fused silica called ES Quartz. Black ES Quartz is also available. Material characteristics are below:

| Thermal Properties: | Can be used safely up to 1000C. |
| Chemical Properties: | Less reactive than most standard materials. Please contact us for details, or if you have an especially volatile sample. |
